Follow these steps for Santa Barbara.
There are four required trainings in the pathway to becoming a Vaccine Warrior. Follow these steps:
- After you complete a TCEO training, you will be shown a link with the option to view the training certificate associated with that vaccine training. Click on that link and save each certificate as a PDF to your computer.
- After completing the v-safe Google Form quiz, take a screenshot of your score and also save it as a file to your computer.
- Rename each of these four files in the format LastName_FirstName_TrainingName (i.e. Bruin_Joe_Pfizer).
- Once you have completed all three vaccine required trainings and the v-safe quiz and saved your certificates and screenshot, click the Certificate Submission link below to be directed to where to submit each individual vaccine certificate and the v-safe quiz score.
